The Service is operated by SceneIt ("SceneIt," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use SceneIt. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian permission. You may not use the Service if: • You are barred under applicable law • You have been previously suspended or removed • You are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate information • Maintain the security of your credentials • Not share your login information • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access You are responsible for all activity under your account.
SceneIt is a social video platform that allows users to: • Upload and share videos • Create collaborative videos • Participate in proximity-based recordings • Participate in sponsored event recordings • Remix videos • Create branching story content • Monetize eligible content All content is user-generated unless explicitly identified otherwise.
You retain ownership of your content ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant SceneIt a: Worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This includes: • AI-assisted editing • Multi-POV processing • Feed ranking and personalization • Format adaptation You represent and warrant that: • You own or have rights to your content • Your content does not violate any law • You have consent from all individuals appearing in your videos
SceneIt maintains a strict no-nudity and no-sexual-content policy. The following content is strictly prohibited: • Nudity of any kind (including partial nudity) • Visible genitalia, breasts, or buttocks • Sexually explicit or suggestive content • Simulated sexual acts • Fetish content • Pornographic material • Sexually suggestive poses intended for arousal • Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance; immediate reporting to authorities) There are no exceptions for artistic, educational, or implied nudity. Violations may result in: • Immediate content removal • Permanent account termination • Reporting to law enforcement where required
By participating in: • Collab videos • Proximity recordings • Event recordings You acknowledge: • Your footage may be combined with others. • AI systems may edit footage. • Other participants may post their own versions. • Event videos may allow viewer POV switching. Participation constitutes consent to shared usage within that recording context.
SceneIt may offer monetization programs to eligible creators. We reserve the right to: • Determine eligibility • Suspend monetization for violations • Modify or discontinue monetization programs You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes. Monetization is not guaranteed.
You agree not to: • Post illegal or harmful content • Harass, threaten, or abuse others • Upload copyrighted content without permission • Circumvent geo-fencing or safety systems • Use bots, automation, or scraping tools • Manipulate engagement or monetization systems • Impersonate another person • Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the Service We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee: • Continuous availability • Error-free functionality • Specific monetization outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SceneIt is not liable for: • Indirect damages • Lost profits • Loss of data • Emotional distress • Third-party conduct Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: • $100 USD • The amount you paid SceneIt in the past 12 months
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive: • The right to a jury trial • The right to participate in class actions You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to: legal@sceneit.app
